Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the Refund Policy. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. So, we cannot cancel or refund any order, after it has been confirmed by the seller. Delivery Errors If you receive food that is different from your orders, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice the error in your order’s delivery. You will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the delivered food price. Incomplete Delivery In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your delivery. You can request for another delivery of your food or you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error. Spoiled Food We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we deliver. Please call us as soon as you notice any spoiled food received in your delivery. The term “spoiled” is granted for food item that is moldy, rotten, has a awful taste, and has a rancid odor. You will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error. Order Cancelled By Delivery Partner It is possible that our delivery partner might cancel the delivery if they are unable to find or reach you. When they arrive at your delivery address, they are prompted to contact you. So it is a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you are expecting the food to arrive. If our delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, but could not reach you, you may not be eligible for a refund. Important If 10% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue the refund. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with to a point where we cannot verify its origin, we cannot issue the refund. Any food returns will not be acknowledged. We only acknowledge refunds for food that match the refund criteria as mentioned above. Upon completion of the checkout process on our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive the ordered food items on the next day from 3.00 PM onwards.
